This Privacy Policy explains how KLEINMOTION LTD (trading as “Built by Klein”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes your personal data when you use this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

2. What data we collect

• Contact & free-preview requests: the details you provide — your name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, business name and type, current website and any message.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type and time of access, in order to deliver and secure the website.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(a) (your consent).
• To operate, deliver and secure the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a safe, functioning site).

4. WhatsApp

Our contact buttons and form open a chat via WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you contact us this way, your message and number are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms, and data may be transferred outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). 5. Google Maps

Our contact page embeds Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Loading the map may transmit your IP address to Google and set cookies. See the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies & analytics

This website does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party content (such as the embedded Google Map) may set cookies when loaded. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship begins, for as long as required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations). Otherwise we delete it on request.

8. Your rights
